The First Week


A quick update at the end of my first meat free week. Firstly, I have discovered that I actually eat more fish that I realised, and as such have been surprised by how much I’ve missed the ol’ tin of tuna. Also, I am slightly worried about how my cheese consumption is going to progress. This week alone I’ve had (quite a few) cheese sandwiches, broccoli cheese, cheese on my vegetable gnocchi and a cheesy baked potato –  I probably need to start finding other alternatives. But all in all, so far, so good.
